Continuing our Test Kitchen Series at 600 Kitchen & Bar with Project Risotto for the month of August!
Test Kitchen Series is a rotating culinary program where our Chefs explore flavors, techniques, and unexpected pairings.
Each “Project” centers around a single canvas (such as Grits, Potatoes, Beans). Guests are invited to taste different Studies and help decide which dish earns an extended stay on the menu.
Your vote helps shape what comes next and the winning Study will earn a featured spot on our menu. Project results will be revealed bi-monthly!
